Session Reminders

Get pop-up notifications after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of play reminding you how long you've been online.

Reality Checks

Periodic summaries showing your total play time, sessions, deposits, and net win/loss since last check.

Self-Exclusion

Block access to your account for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Immediate effect, no override.

How to Set Deposit Limits

  1. Log in to your OKWin Casino account
  2. Click your profile icon (top right) → select Account
  3. Navigate to Responsible GamingDeposit Limits
  4. Choose your limit type: Daily / Weekly / Monthly
  5. Enter your chosen amount and click Set Limit
  6. Confirm via the OTP sent to your mobile

Limit reductions apply immediately. Limit increases have a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation — this is a safety feature, not a bug.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from gambling, self-exclusion is available with immediate effect. During the exclusion period: login is disabled, promotional emails stop, and any bonus credits are voided. At the end of your exclusion period, you must manually reactivate your account — it does not auto-reopen. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. We take self-exclusion requests seriously and will not attempt to re-engage excluded players with marketing.
