All accounts require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawal. KYC requires a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card) and proof of payment method. We reserve the right to request additional documents at any time. Accounts with unverified KYC are limited to ₹10,000 per withdrawal transaction. Providing false documents results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Minimum deposit is ₹200. We accept UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Net Banking, and IMPS. Deposits are credited immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking partners, internet connectivity, or UPI network congestion. Chargebacks and disputed transactions may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal conditions:
Wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount (not deposit + bonus). Maximum bet while wagering an active bonus is ₹500 per spin or hand. Winnings made from bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering will be voided. Bonus expires 30 days after award if wagering is not completed. One welcome bonus per player.
We provide deposit limits, session limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion tools. Players in self-exclusion cannot override or reduce the exclusion period within the first 24 hours. We may impose limits or close accounts at our discretion if we identify problem gambling patterns. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register — doing so results in immediate account closure.
Violations result in account suspension, forfeiture of bonuses and/or winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
